Nice hotel for me and my parents while going to bama bound but there was what looked like a dried booger on my headboard… kinda ruined the vibe for me.

I’m very happy that I was able to stay here. The service staff members were excellent, the food was good and the entire hotel was very clean. The event Saturday night went very well. The service staff knew when be available and when to step back. Overall I think things went quite well and ran very smoothly.

Nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sad part is I’ve stayed here many years ago and it was very nice then. Now it’s dated and beyond filthy! Luckily I am only here one night but this place isn’t worth $5 a night. So gross. The sheets don’t fit the bed, bathroom is nasty and the carpet is unbelievably nasty! 🤢 Don’t waste your money staying here. Honestly I wouldn’t come back here if it was free!

For almost $500 a night, this was the biggest disappointment. TLDR: Overall, this hotel is very disorganized and chaotic and not worth the money spent. We would've been more comfortable off campus in a place that offers a complimentary breakfast since I'm driving around campus anyway. We stayed for Bama Bound, two days. We booked for a family of four, we had to request an extra blanket and sheets because the pull out bed didn't come with any of that. They also refused to bring it to the room - weird. On the second night, we arrived after being at the school all day and found our sheets and comforter on the main bed were missing. I called the front desk multiple times, no answer. I waited a while in case people were checking in/out, then the front desk person told me that she put in a request for laundry service to bring it to us. Two hours later, I finally went down stairs and politely asked if we could have it now because it was after 8pm and we were ready for bed. She told me they had gone for the day so she'll have to ask maintenance but she didn't know where it was. I told her I'd just stay down stairs until he came around which prompted her to go look for herself and she was able to give me a stack of 5 sheets and a new blanket. Overall, this hotel is very disorganized and chaotic and not worth the money spent. I would've been more comfortable off campus in a place that offers a complimentary breakfast since I'm driving around campus anyway.

Very friendly staff. Extremely helpful. Clean room. Great hot water and water pressure. Only issue is turning on the water in the walk in shower. You have no choice but to step into the shower to turn the water on. You get hit with cold water. Bathroom was very small. First night I was there room service didn't answer, went to voicemail. Second night they did answer. Food was wonderful. Severed quickly and hot. Reasonable pricing. Parking was free and no issues finding a spot even with LSU softball team staying there. I definitely recommend staying here.
