People were friendly. But they never sent out my urine sample for a full panel for two weeks. Reached out and did not get a response until after two weeks. They basically said they misplaced my urine and it has been delayed. They said I would get results this week but I do not even trust the results I receive back. As the pee may not even be viable at this point and who knows if it’s actually MY urine? Very disappointing experience. Unorganized and terrible with communication. Update: Never received a call. Called and they claimed my full panel results are negative. But has ignored me and refused to send me a physical copy/proof of my results. Declined my calls when I asked. Super unprofessional and terrible customer service. Very suspicious. Do not come here! Incompetent.

I have to say, this entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The number of times I’ve had to call—only to receive no call back—just to get more PrEP has been both discouraging and exhausting. Most recently, I was scheduled for an appointment last week, came in, provided a urine sample, only to be told that there was no one available to draw my blood. As a result, I couldn’t receive the medication. I was then told someone named Reggie would follow up with me. Two and a half weeks have passed, and despite me calling at least three times, I’ve been met with nothing but the runaround. We’re now approaching week three, and still—no return call. Every time I do manage to get someone on the phone, I’m met with an attitude, as though I’m not making every effort to stay on top of my prescriptions. While I acknowledge there were a couple of times I had to cancel, I thought we had moved past that, especially given my repeated attempts to come in—only to not receive the care I was scheduled for. I truly want to get back on PrEP, but the service I’ve received has been unacceptable. I will try calling again tomorrow in hopes that someone will take this seriously. This is constructive feedback, and I hope it’s received that way. There needs to be a real improvement in how patients—especially those actively trying to stay on medication—are treated. I would appreciate a call back from someone who can actually move this process forward.

I can say that this was one of the most positive testing experience I’ve ever had. Everyone there was nice and really understanding. Sometimes medical professionals pass judgement when you go in for testing but I didn’t experience that here at all. Purnell was professional and we had an honest conversation, it was refreshing that he just got it. I’ve told a few friends and they’ve confirmed their experiences went just as well.

My prep coordinator Antione actually delivered my prep medication to my job due to me being unable to make it because of work . Ever since switching to us helping us the care I’ve received has been exceptional . I feel seen and cared about .

I went to there today for HIV and other tests and all of people who work there unbeliavable nice and cool people so I am glad went to there. I can recommend for everyone and Your HIV test result you can learn at the same day even during your treatment so it was really nice place and people.
