We stayed at the hotel for 3 days in June 2026. Rooms were spotless & clean with all amenities provided like kettle, coffee etc. Airport shuttle was particularly helpful as we were stuck for 3 hours at the Immigration along with thousands of people. A call to the hotel and they sent the shuttle down. Not very far from tourist sights as the bus stop is right next door. Since the hotel was undergoing renovation, breakfast was at ILO right opposite - nice and sumptious with friendly service. Wifi was down for a day, no idea why. Hotel staff is courteous, can add to amenities by providing body lotion, drinking water & dental kit. Saw a bottle of water on our arrival and assumed it would be replaced next day during housekeeping, but they said they don't provide water and to buy from convenience store. It was past 8 pm when we got back and stores were closed.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed, but we didn't experience any inconvenience. The location and rooms were very nice. Don't forget to visit the lovely shop across the street.

Avoid this place at all costs! These guys are geniuses. This hotel rents rooms but carries out construction work right next to them. Be prepared to be woken up by a drill at 8:30 am. The management's response? We're sorry, but the work will continue. What a joke! It's ludicrous! They charge €25 per day for parking, which is disgusting. They make guests walk through the hotel staff corridors. The lobby is full of shouting and complaining. It's shameful. Avoid this place! We booked the magnificent Hotel Barsey by Warwick. Go for it!

Unfortunately, it was under renovation when I checked in, which was a bit inconvenient.
