An excellent hotel, especially since you can often have bad luck in London. The location is perfect if you don't want to be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Train, DLR, Waterbus, and buses are all within walking distance. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a good size, and the staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is plentiful, and the pub is very cozy. We didn't hear a thing from the pub on the second floor, by the way. Greenwich was a welcome change of pace in the evenings after a day in the city. For us, it was the perfect choice, and we would definitely stay here again.

I booked it thinking it was close to the O2 Arena within walking distance, but it's not! However, I really liked the place, and we cycled to and from the concert at the O2. I recommend it! It's also close to a train that goes to central London.

Walkable to all major Greenwich sites. Doesn’t open until noon so if arriving on overnight flight you have to stow luggage at tourist information office nearby - where they have lockers

All fine, except our room's window was smaller which made the room a bit darker. The staff were good and very helpful. I didn't have breakfast there, but their Sunday Roast was the most delicious that I had in a long time - so 100% recommended.

This hotel is highly recommended. We had a very good time here. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was well maintained and not loud despite being next to a main road. And the pub is just downstairs where you get 10% discount.
