Zedwell Greenwich

I’ve stayed here a few times, my longest stay was 3 nights at a stretch. I was very happy with my stay. Everything in the hotel is very new very clean, they disclose they don’t have windows but they do have very good lights which are dimmable. The mattress is on a raised wood platform rather than a frame but it and the pillows are very comfortable and the bed was quite large. The room is very basic, there’s no table, chairs, kettle or wardrobe, bathrooms don’t have a hairdryer. The AC in the room is very good and it was a real relief when I came during a 30 degree heatwave! You have to pay for luggage storage and the coffee machine I wouldn’t recommend as it’s 3 pounds for a weak coffee when you can go outside and get a proper coffee for a similar price. The location is really nice, Greenwich is one of my favourite parts of London and always feels very safe! Overall i would recommend if you’re looking for a basic hotel with good prices for London and I will be staying again!

Clean tidy easy booking in system however I didn’t like the fact they charge £15 to hold your bags most hotels are free when staying with them

Room 103 My impressions of this hotel are mixed. We were given the wrong room type upon arrival. This was corrected by the helpful staff. It's okay, that can happen. The room was clean and tidy. I would like to point out that a room without a wardrobe and a desk is not very comfortable. But we knew about it, everything is written in the information. What bothered me was no privacy, the slightly foggy wall opposite the bed allows you to watch your roommate in the toilet. It's not very pleasant. There was some colored stain on the floor and the ventilation was quite noisy and all night it sounded like someone was taking a shower next door. I don't know how it is in hotels in England, but cleaning the room here meant putting a towel and toilet paper on the bed. Otherwise, apart from the fan, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and nice. There are interesting places in the area, a bus, a train and lots of restaurants. The surroundings are beautiful.

Location close to O2 but far from central. Room was peaceful clean and loved the air conditioning! Hotel smelled and looked lovely. No service on cocoons will need to turn on "WiFi calling" while using WiFi in cocoons. Overall 4/5

I booked this place as I came visit some friends and they live basically in the next door building. The room was comfy but very essential (no hairdryer, for example). Very clean but no windows - which is fine if you’re staying a couple of nights. The position I think is great but really depends on what you need and want to do - it takes around one hour to reach the center. Overall it’s a nice place!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it. What impressed me most was the honesty and professionalism of the staff. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left a valuable necklace in my room. By the time I noticed, I was already far away and quite worried that it might be lost. I called the hotel, and the staff immediately checked for it, found it, and safely kept it for me until I could return. Their efficiency, responsibility, and integrity turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. I am sincerely grateful to every member of the team who helped. The hotel itself is also outstanding. The lobby is beautifully designed with natural wood finishes and plenty of greenery, creating a calm, fresh, and welcoming atmosphere. One feature I particularly appreciated was the smart self-check-in system. The process was quick, seamless, and completely eliminated the need to wait in line at reception, making both check-in and check-out extremely convenient. This hotel combines modern facilities with exceptional customer service. The staff’s honesty and dedication truly set it apart. Thank you again to everyone who helped recover my necklace. I would definitely stay here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
