Room for a person with a disability, was OK but bed and toilet was very low the sink position was very poor could not get close to it, trying to get out doors are very heavy manage to get out of room but couldn't get to the lift via the door, having to stretch, this person was wheelchair bound. room had no draws only 10 coat hangers, just a small counter top for the kettle, standard breakfast but last day a lot of breakfast products missing and we're told out of stock, two lifts but one lift out of order been like it over a week so trying to get downstairs was a challenge as lift was small
