Worst bar I have ever been too. Terrible management, poor food, poor atmosphere, poor service

Cairns is already a top tier pinball town, and at this bar is the meanest, fastest, unforgiving Stern Godzilla Pro machine I've ever laid my greasy mitts on. Venue has a grotto vibe which really suits the vibes, the AC was cold which was only beaten by cold Hard Rates (which were the cheapest at the venues I visited on my NQ pinball adventures)

Good place to have a drink and play pool.

What a disgrace!! Was treated awfully by the girl running the karaoke until 11pm23/01:2025 over things that had nothing to do with me, complained to management and was treated the same DO NOT GO HERE. Other staff were great but if friends ask you to sing when you already have songs in And even though you stand to the side 🤷🏽‍♀️ get yelled at, complaint to management get yelled at shot experience won’t be back as a local they need to check themselves and for tourists other clubs offer karaoke if mid that’s what you want

Has potential, free pool, music playing but i was served a schooner in plastic. That's where my experience ended.

We ordered supreme pizza, takoyaki and chips NYE 2026 in total 60aud via Uber eats. It was Delivered but the food were cold! Oh, also the pizza is no Good! Why sell a frozen pizza for 30 plus dollars? Come on guys, do better pls. We could have bought a Wollies pizza ourselves and cook it… dun part we called them and the shela said she will call back haha, no we did not hear from them again! So we re not happy and will not order again!!!!!!

A place to avoid! I had a terrible experience at this place. From the moment I walked in, everything looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bathrooms were in awful condition and far from hygienic. The food was really bad, and it’s obvious they don’t follow even the most basic cleanliness standards. They even served me dirty glasses, which is completely unacceptable. The atmosphere was no better — lots of extremely drunk people and zero control from the staff. The whole place felt unsafe and irresponsible. Overall, I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. If you’re looking for somewhere safe, clean, and even remotely professional, avoid this place at all costs.
