Absolute disgusting how this place is open has me astounded it should be condemned it’s a filthy putrid place it’s dangerous the photos online are not what is in the building everything is broken not cleaned beds lent up against walls windows ripped off no fly screen on doors just a wood frame this is going a lot further and after reading the reviews of other people that have suffered from this I think a class action to close it down is needed.

Where do I start, bathroom door would close, burnt toast left in griller from previous people who had stayed there. 2 seater couch for a 3 bed room.laundry key was missing and fridge leaked water. No plug for kitchen sink either. Safe to say I won't be staying there again.

I can barely the dirty condition but cannot bare their poor services. they do not have any house keeping service and towel replacement on weekends.

Peaceful ambiance with top-notch amenities—highly recommend!

The hotel is a health and safety hazard. The room had visible black mould growing over brickwork, windows and blinds, with the bed located close to the mould. In addition, cabinetry, doors, couches were faulty or broken. The hotel advertises daily servicing but the room was not serviced in the three nights I was there. On arrival we discovered a bloody bandaid stuck to the bathroom wall. I am unsure how this “hotel” is still able to operate.

Was great location , handy walk to the local shops and cafes and Oval cricket ground. Great walking around area looking at scenery. Was very clean and tidy however was quite dated. Rooms were very dark needed better lighting and maybe a repaint to brighten it up. Was happy overall just could do with sprucing up.

The place was no good The bed was uncomfortable the Curtin was hold up by safety pins and was dirty as well it was noisy as u can hear people screaming and walking above u and closing door the bathroom was small and the whole room has cracks and holes it smelt very bad to. The car park was very small u barely get any hot water when having a shower. The whole place was terrible Please don't waste ur money on this hotel ever tho if u going to the game of footy or anything else

We loved pretty much everything about this apartment. Yes it was a bit dated- but the price reflected that! The location was absolutely fabulous. We had tickets for an AFL game - 5 minute walk. Easy walking distance to all North Adelaide had to offer. Easy walking to town. Kitchen was fine, room was spacious. Best shower ever in the evening - hot and powerful - morning was different, guessing it was on a storage heater? For us, it was pleasantly quirky and any negatives for us were far out weighed by location, price, location, price. Note - There are more apartments than parking spaces!

The only positive I can give is that I received a full refund for this booking. I have used booking.com on many occasions and have never experienced such a poorly run property. The photos on website in no way reflects what we experienced last week and I strongly recommend that Booking.com stop advertising this property. Not only is it poorly maintained but it is filthy. We were allocated apartment 18 and google reviews suggest problems in other apartments in this block. The apartment was filthy, windows were smeared with hand prints, finger prints and lip marks, surfaces were caked in dirt, walls dirty, flywire screens ripped, brown splashes on the bathroom wall and what looked like blood spilled on the kitchen cabinets. The curtains were brown stained and held together with staples, door handles were loose and door frames cracked. There was also a 1/2 tablet left on a window sill. The balcony furniture was too dirty to use. Needless to say we left and were very lucky to find alternative accommodation on a very busy Easter weekend in Adelaide. Unfortunately we also had no choice but to pay more than we would have if we were not deceived by the photos on booking.com and had booked our alternative accommodation in advance. Do not stay here! Overall a very disappointing and stressful start to our holiday.

After my wife had booked a room for two nights at greenways apartments I decided to check the reviews, they were all bad, looking forward to going away and also going to caravan show I was very concerned,I decided to make a phone call to talk to management about my concerns with reviews I had read, after leaving a message I was surprised to receive a call from Jack great name same as mine 😁 Jack assured me of changes that had been made,we arrived today to inspect the room before unloading car, I have to say as expressed by Jack it's not 5 star, the room alacated to us was spotless modern toilet shower everything spotless thanks.

We had a great time. The rooms are clean, but the place is a bit dated. I've been to much worse places in Australia. I'd go back.

Avoid at all costs, the place is dirty and I didn’t feel safe. There was food marks on the carpet and walls. Completely different to the pictures on the website. Only good thing was the check in process.

The photos online are misleading. The room was disgusting. There was a hole in the floor, and nail clippings were left on one of the bedside tables. The kitchen facilities were good, but basically all of the cupboard doors were broken and falling off. The shower drain was clogged so that every time the shower was used for 5 minutes, the bottom would completely fill with water and take ages to drain. When we tried to enter the room, the code we had been given was incorrect, and we had to call guest services for a new one. The location was great. It was close to the event I was going to.
