I was a bit skeptical about this place at first. I had read some mixed reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I needed a well-located apartment in Adelaide for a few days, so I went ahead and made the booking anyway. what a pleasant surprise! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and genuinely professional. The apartment is comfortable, clean, the kitchenette is a little small. But what really stood out was the personal service. I had a small issue in the room when I arrived, and a gentleman from the staff came right away to help. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also ask me if i need coffe, milk, and some extra little touches I hadn’t even asked for. That kind of care made my entire stay feel special. Unlike many other hotels and apartments where you feel like just another guest, here you can really tell they go the extra mile to make you feel looked after. The location is excellent close to everything. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend Greenways, especially if you’re traveling alone or looking for a place comfortable and cheap. A big thank you to the whole team. Truly 4 stars 😍😍😍

The occupants above (room 21) were stomping floors above our room. Screaming neighbours on top balcony also. Maybe don't have paper thin roofs/floors firstly. Otherwise not too bad.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I know what you are thinking, but it is so close to the Women's and Children's Hospital. Trust me....it isn't worth it. Mould on the windows, mouldy tiles in the shower, the WiFi doesn't work, the oven was dirty, the range hood was dirty, the rangehood light didn't work, the carpets hadn't been cleaned properly, the utensils etc were dirty, there was fat splatter up the cabinets above the hot plates, the blinds were broken leaving strings hanging down- dangerous for my two young kids, power points didn't work, beds uncomfy, etc etc. Have contacted the property multiple times and are refusing to refund the full amount. This place is a health hazard and I advise against staying there no matter what!

The first apartment we checked into was unhygienic. Our toddler uses a bed rail and when we went to slide it onto the bed base we saw what appeared to be many dried blood stains. We were offered a second apartment where the shower head was broken, there was a power point hanging off the wall with exposed wires, a curtain rod half hanging off the wall and dust and dirt everywhere. We were meant to stay 2 nights but decided it was too unsafe and unhygienic for out toddler so found somewhere else to stay. We were offered a one night refund if we checked out by 11am (which i have in writing) however this had to be organised through booking.com and I have not received any confirmation of the refund or the refund itself. We wont be using booking.com for any future booking and certainly do not reccomend staying at this property to anyone. We honestly have no idea how it holds it star rating and how it has not been shut down or pulled up on occupational health and safety issues.

Look, I didn’t read any reviews about this place and booked it. Saw the reviews prior to arriving and freaked out Accomodation: Very outdated, as expected with an old building. I stayed in a 3 bedroom, one toilet with a kitchen with my family. There was air con in the lounge and one of the rooms, but it was ok (I was there on some high 30 degree days) Location: Fantastic. 20 min walk over to the main city area with shops, or the bus stops right outside. Also many shops on this side of north Adelaide (5-10 mins walk) Noise: The street traffic was loud and there was often sirens heard (I didn’t care so much, but also idk why they’re blaring their sirens around midnight ?). Cleanliness and service: Honestly, the beds were professionally made and pressed. Genuinely only thing I cared about being clean anyways. Everything else was reasonable clean. The cleaning staff were quite nice, and this place made it clear they were always a phone call away Overall, at this price point and location I would stay again.
