The Palms Apartments

Great place to stay very comfortable, clean, everything we needed. Staff helpful and friendly. Location was fine, quiet just a bit of a walk into town. Would stay again. Had a great stay.

Stayed many times, however there for six nights and to not service the room once is simply disappointing

We really enjoyed our stay at Palms Apartment. The apartment was so clean and staff is so friendly. It is very close to the city and there are nice cafes and restaurants around.

Stay was great, rooms were very clean and tidy, everything inside the apartment was as shown in the website, excellent customer service. Its a highly recommended to stay with family.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable staff very friendly. Close to city. Car parking under building (It is extra.) Three cafes very close. Pan and vines excellent pizzas. Hotel also close for meals bar or fine dining.

Great location and service. Rooms smell of dog, an dogs barking throughout the night. Disappointing they allow animals. won’t be staying again.

This place is epic, a little far from shops and public transport but the rooms are pristine and more importantly my dog was happy here

Didn’t wanna leave a bad review n they told me not to but I have to as I was so disappointed in my stay!! I picked this apartment due to flying with my rabbit n needing 2 nights to stay somewhere before I headed up to Kadina for 2 nights & I needed somewhere it was pet friendly.. My first night was the 25th & my 2nd night was gonna be 28th!! On arrival I had issues with the staff of them trying charge way more then what i got told!! I have proof of messages saying they were charging a $50 pet bond for both stays only not anything else well they tried to get me to pay $300 extra which I refused.. then had issues when I went got food one lady says just letting you know we’ll be asking for a $300 bond for the 28th!! Which was never mentioned in messages a $300 bond I said no well I’ll cancel then n won’t have anywhere to stay as what you’s have done here.. She then told me apparently I was meant to keep my pet in her crate which again no if it’s pet friendly it’s pet friendly not have pets in there crates.. Also I had a reaction to there soap in bathroom aswell as it causing me to have a UTI as I’m quite sensitive.

A great home away from home with the friendliest staff one could ever imagine.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, excellent service and very clean apartment

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place was so awful I feel like I have to warn people. From the moment we walked in it was a disaster. The room had BEDBUGS which is absolutely disgusting. The bathroom looked dirty and made me not even want to touch anything in there. On top of that, the cleaning crew was still in the room when we arrived which clearly shows this place has no sense of organization or standards. The whole place reeked of cigarettes and whatever “view” they promised online was basically non-existent. The kettle looked filthy which made the cups and anything else in the room feel untrustworthy. Honestly, the only half-decent thing about this hotel was the little packet of biscuits they left behind, and that says a lot. This was hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. It completely ruined the vibe of my trip to Sydney because coming back to this hotel each night was depressing. For your own sanity, do not book here.
