I stayed with a colleague and we both loved our rooms and the location. The self check-in option was brilliant (I’m very used to that from Airbnb) and the staff at reception were very friendly. We will definitely be back. Loved that our rooms looked out over the park!

Couldn't fault anything regarding the room, it was immaculate, modern and comfortable however, the check-in was a bit of a nightmare. Booked through Agoda, didn't receive check in link, called customer service, they sent it straight away and couldn't have been nicer. Upon completion of the link it said they'd send check-in instructions which weren't sent so had to call customer services again, bit of a pain but overall, really great stay.

Really modern, new, and stylish room and building, perfect for me who like things simple and clean. Great location, close to the city but away from the busy CBD, with a short drive into Adelaide city. Bonus if you like being surrounded by green park areas. About a 10–15 minute walk to North Adelaide, with plenty of food and bar options on Melbourne Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Brand new serviced apartments. Well located with cafes, restaurants & parklands within walking distance. Friendly staff.

I had a very disappointing experience with Urban Rest. There were no after‑hours check‑in instructions provided, which left me waiting outside for almost two hours just to access my room. The parking that was advertised as included was also unavailable when I arrived. I ended up stranded outside the property at 1am with no safe place to leave my car, despite multiple calls to their support team. Instead of providing a solution, I was sent a link to public parking in the middle of the night. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and far below the standard they advertise. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.
