I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It was clean. However, my room was not cleaned after my first night, even after I left the sign: Please make up my room. Around 19:40 I sent a message via QR code messaging about this and I asked only for a small milk that was kept at the fridge and which I spent on the first day. No one came back to me.

Off peak so price good $120 might be different in peak. King deluxe room was good. Had lots of extras like m/wave, pod coffee good bathroom. Girl at reception was friendly and helpful. Location good if for eating out and convenience to trams a little way from uni and river and town centre but really only a tram ride if unable to walk.

Rooms very clean and tidy and having a balcony with a good view through to the hills is nice. Staff helpfull and with the place being so central to the city makes it a great choice for me. Been here twice and will certainly be back again.

First room smelt of sewage. Asked to move and the second room also had a smell, though not as bad. On the day we asked to move, they wanted us to come back early and move so they could put someone else in the first room. I advised it's a contamination problem and you cant put someone else in there until it's fixed. They vaguely acknowledged. House keeping didnt give us enough towels. Managed to find towels downstairs out of hours. Location is close to tramline but no convenience store nearby. Pizza place downstairs is good though.
