Tom's Court Hotel

Awesome spot close to everything in the city. Great value for money too. Clean, tidy and quiet

I always stay at Tom’s when I am in Adelaide. It is very well located, the rooms are clean, the bed comfortable and the rate reasonable.

Not on the main road, parking is findable but not private to the hotel. Lovely stay, pet-friendly rooms are available for pawrents. 250 deposit for cleaning fees. Not charges so it is good.

Second time stay - horrible experience with a creepy receptionist man. I have officially complained to Tom's Court via booking.com but they haven't done anything about it. A creepy, sexist weird receptionist man at around 6pm evening checked me in and kept asking me inappropriate questions when I gave him my passport to ID and asking other weird personal questions. I was so tired and feeling vulnerable at the end of a long day and this man abused his authority to make the check in process extremely uncomfortable and stressful. He was also quite rude and asked me weird personal questions. Such a weird, weird, creepy man. Why does he still have this job is beyond me.. I am waiting to hear from Tom's Court about this complaint or I will escalate it...

Tysen and the entire Team at Toms always make me feel like part of the Family. As a FIFO worker who stays with them on my week off, I always look forward to returning to ADL because of the service they always give me and their other guests. They are always happy & friendly, respect your privacy and the rooms are always A Level comfort & clean. I look forward to staying there more when I’m in Adelaide :)

Great conference and meeting rooms and very professional set up. Helpful staff and good videoconferencing.

Booking this place was a mistake. 😤 No mention of the $25 daily parking fee or the $100 deposit, which is ridiculous. 💸 Trying to cancel was a nightmare; Agoda and the hotel just played blame games. They refused a full refund even four days out. Absolutely dreadful experience. 👎

Solid hotel. No complaints. Clean, tidy and helpful staff. Location is handy given its on the free line of trams.
