I wish I could give them -100stars..Extremely horrible experience at Hotel Exotic Ahmedabad. We had a confirmed booking for 21st May with proper payment and booking details, but after reaching the property in the morning, the staff bluntly informed us that no rooms were available. Despite waiting for hours based on their assurance that a room would be provided after checkout time, nothing was arranged. The most shocking part was that instead of providing the booked room, they offered a servant room only for changing and freshening up. This is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional behavior towards guests who have already paid for their stay. The staff showed no concern, no accountability, and no proper hospitality. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and ruined our travel plans. A confirmed booking apparently means nothing at this property. Strongly not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic professionalism and customer service. Please avoid this hotel if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
