Very bad experience and the owner was so rude and asking 600 rs for 30 min late check-out charge very bad hospitality if you want to stay don't go in this hotel it's better to stay at guest house

## Terrible Experience at Legacy Hotel 🌟 I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at Legacy Hotel. The room was dusty, and we found used clothes left in the room. The toilet was dirty and lacked basic toiletries despite being mentioned on the booking site. When I brought this up to the hotel manager, they were unhelpful, refused to cancel the booking, and wouldn't provide the owner's contact number. Not a place I'd recommend. 😕 Rating: 1/5 stars

Very bad hospitality and poor service specially for foreigners customers and the management of the hotel is very bad and very poor. They don’t even have required documentation for guest and disappointed and rude behavior

We booked hotel for three days on the second day we went outside than hotel management given room to another person we asked for solution but there was none provided and also the receptionist was so rude he's behavior was not appropriate we the entire three days refund as we are already faced too many difficulty
