Friendly KOBE

Friendly KOBE (ふれんどりーKOBE) is a Kobe-based LGBTQ+ community organization focused on HIV/AIDS and STI awareness, prevention and peer support across Hyogo Prefecture. Working alongside Kobe City's public-health services, it promotes free anonymous testing and runs regular community gatherings — including its rainbow-themed café and lantern events — that give local LGBTQ+ people a welcoming place to connect. It is one of the main grassroots queer-community resources in the Kobe area.
