I am truly grateful for the warm consideration of all the staff. This wonderful hospitality made my trip even more special. The room was very quiet and cozy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Without a doubt, this was the most comfortable hotel stay I've ever had in Japan. Furthermore, the location and convenience are impeccable: Access: Excellent access from Sakae Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and other activities in the surrounding area. Surrounding Environment: There's a 24-hour drugstore right below the hotel, where you can find food, drinks, and daily necessities anytime. Convenient for Traveling by Car: Even if you're traveling by rental car or other means, there's a parking lot with a capacity of 300 cars, and you can enter and exit 24 hours a day, which is very reassuring. Overall, this stay was a wonderful memory. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya!

The hotel is clean and convenient. We stayed four nights there. The room was good in general except it was a little noisy in the first night. The staff was very helpful especially the staff at the tour information desk. The lady at the desk was very polite, patient and helpful. She really got out of her way to help us solve the problem in booking the tour to Kamayama and Shirakawa. Her service is really excellent.

On June 19th, 2026, at 6 PM, a traffic controller from the Tokyu Hotel was glaring at pedestrians, presumably because cars were having trouble getting through the entrance. It was clear he was in a bad mood, and his eyes looked very unpleasant. Shouldn't this be improved?

My stay coincided with my birthday. As a surprise, I received balloons, a message card, and flowers. I was so grateful and touched.

We used the banquet hall for our class reunion. When we were looking around for the hall, someone immediately called out to us and guided us there. Despite the large number of people and likely noise, the service was attentive, and they even kindly took photos for us. Thank you very much. It looked so nice that I'd like to stay there sometime. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stayed here for a concert at the performing arts theater. It's conveniently located near the theater and has parking. The executive lounge was also very relaxing, although the selection was limited.

A hotel within walking distance of Nagoya's city center (Sakae). It's a well-built hotel with space to park large buses 🚌. Upon arrival, the staff helped with loading and unloading our luggage ⭕️. The room was spacious and clean ✨. There was an air purifier and complimentary bottled water, and the bed was reasonably large with two types of pillows, making for a comfortable sleep 💤. Ice 🧊 was brought to the room upon request ☝️. For breakfast, you can choose between a Japanese and Western buffet 🍴 or a Japanese set meal at Nadaman. I wanted to eat slowly, so I chose Nadaman. You can choose between meat (roast beef) or fish (flounder) for the main dish, and it was very delicious (≧∇≦)b. Rice 🍚 and miso soup are refillable. Overall, it's a very good hotel 💮.

The hotel was cozy and welcoming, and very close to the Chunichi Building at Exit 12 of Sakaemachi Station. It was about a three-minute walk from the hotel with the stroller to the underground shopping area to take the subway. They provided a crib and basic sanitizing supplies, ensuring a pleasant six-day holiday for us and our baby in Nagoya.
