I checked into room 1405 on June 21st. I had an asthma attack in the middle of the night and forgot my asthma inhaler, so I had to go downstairs to the pharmacy next door to buy a traditional Chinese medicine, Ma Xing Gan Shi Tang, as a substitute. However, I was still feeling very unwell around 8 am, so I went to the lobby on the first floor to ask for help. A gentleman with an ITO nameplate patiently helped me inquire at two hospitals, even though we couldn't communicate verbally. However, both hospitals were overcrowded and I couldn't get an appointment. Mr. ITO then offered to find a third hospital, but I felt much better and told him not to bother. I'm truly grateful for Mr. ITO's help. Next time I visit Nagoya, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We used this hotel for a networking event after a seminar. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were greeted by a sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere. The atrium and large chandeliers were particularly impressive. The venue was spacious and comfortable, allowing participants to enjoy networking in a relaxed setting. The staff were all very polite and helpful, truly reflecting the hotel's long history. Located in the heart of Sakae, yet quiet and easily accessible, this hotel is ideal for various purposes such as seminars, networking events, and parties. I would like to try their accommodations and restaurants again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Receptionist (Matsubara) was rude and made comments about me to her colleague in Japanese (not realising that I could understand every word). The standard room was dark, small and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom felt depressingly dark and was also in need of updating. Gym access is given only for a very limited time unless you are a vip guest. This hotel really needs to try harder.
