Visitors praise the clean rooms, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff, with some finding the hotel more comfortable than others in the same price range and enjoying the delicious room service. I've used this hotel several times, but the shower pressure in the 4th-floor rooms is terrible. I definitely left my charger and other items in the room, so I called, but they said they hadn't received them. This is the first time I've ever lost something and never got it back. Even when I tried to use the hotel in the morning, the rooms weren't cleaned up in time, so I couldn't use them. The room key they gave me was wrong, and they didn't even apologize. It was a complete mess. There was hair in the bathroom, and a half-empty plastic bottle in the room. They charge a good price for such poor service, which makes me think, "What?!" When I used the hotel after 10 PM, the man at the front desk was extremely arrogant, rude, and unpleasant.

I've stayed here about three times. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and thanks to the staff, I've had a wonderful time every time. Thank you. I recently used room service for the first time, and the food was delicious! My long-distance boyfriend and I will definitely be using this as our regular hotel in the future!

I stayed here for three days to visit Ise Grand Shrine. It's much more comfortable than staying at a business hotel in the same price range. I found it on a hotel booking website and made a reservation. It's a bit of a walk from the station, and the access and lack of shops nearby are drawbacks, but other than that, it's perfect. The room is very clean, and you can book it even if you're traveling alone. You can relax in the large bath and large bed. Please note that room cleaning during your stay is subject to an additional charge. There's also a public bathhouse nearby, so you might want to use that to relax as well. If you don't mind staying at a love hotel, I think it's hard to find another accommodation that's this comfortable and cost-effective.

Check-in was smooth, and the lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly. My girlfriend was also very happy, and I will definitely make another reservation when I go to Nagoya. Thank you very much.

The showerhead in room 601 was unusable because the screw connection was stripped. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

Can I leave my luggage in advance if I check in at 20:00?
