Drinks were good. Went on a slow night (Thursday) after going to a busy bar Ellevie, which was very talkative, to a quiet bar. This bar can be hard to find. Go through the hallway, up the stairs floor 2, look for a yellow door (other reviews had a pink door, but it is currently yellow)

It was my first time in Japan, it took a bit of time to find it but it was totally worth it! I went alone and made 2 friends, a local and another girl from the USA. The waitress was super nice as well. Bring cash with you!! Will go back for sure! 🏳️‍🌈💖

I went there in a rainy weekday. I was the only customer. I had two average sake. I truly appreciate the patient Japanese staff trying to talk with me despite I have poor Japanese. I think I reconsider visiting there again when I can speak fluent Japanese.

This is a really fun bar. I highly recommend it. Super nice bar. Helps to speak Japanese, but not required. Great place to be amongst other queer women.

Great bar, the people are very friendly and we do our best to understand each other. Because of this, I had fun conversations and really had a good laugh. You shouldn't miss this bar!

Hard to find, easy to love. Friendly and helpful barmaid who could provide explanations in English. The atmosphere and the other patrons in the bar made the evening complete for us.

I struggled to find the bar but it was nice to just hangout and listen to everyone having a good time. I had a lot of men trying to talk to me this trip so it was nice to sit in a space with only other lesbians. Everyone was super nice even with limited Japanese. Had a lovely time. The owner was super nice.

I come here when I want to drink amaretto milk ♪ I'd like to try the chocolate liqueur next time. The other day, they had a variety of plum wine bottles (the plum wine was probably a limited-time fair). The liqueurs are all priced at a reasonable rate, but I'm happy that there are so many different types.

Thanks to other reviews and pictures they posted, I was able to find the place on my own. I had a great time here on a Saturday night. The bartender was very sweet and cheerful. She tried to communicate in English with me and also used some Google translate. I was able to meet some other tourists from Australia to bar hop with and it was a lot of fun. I went back on a Sunday night which was slow and the bartender wasn’t as interactive. I missed the other bartender who was working on Saturday. The vibe and music was a lot different. I went again on Christmas evening on Monday and there was another bartender who was friendly. We met another customer who recommended us to go to another women’s bar, Ellevie. It was a good time there as well.

This was my first visit, and unless something extraordinary happens, I don't think I'll be going back. The main issue is the food service. They advertise themselves as a teppanyaki cafe, but apparently, they can't serve teppanyaki if there aren't staff available to cook it. If that's the case, they should clearly state at the entrance or at the time of visit that there are days when they can't serve it. Their website isn't maintained, so you can't find any such information. I'd heard some rumors about it from a friend about 10 years ago, but that was so long ago I thought things would have changed... The atmosphere of the place is as follows: The music played is mostly anime and internet-popular songs. I think it's a relatively good place for someone with a love for anime and manga to start frequenting, and a good place for people who want to get into this kind of thing to get used to it. I think it would suit people who like the atmosphere of Yuri Cafe Anchor. Even if you come alone, there are tons of books, so it might be a good place to relax and have a drink.
