Daiban Kaikan is the budget end of Tokyo's gay bathhouse world: gown-style, open around the clock, roughly ¥2,500 for a rest and ¥3,000 overnight, with an 'all ages, all types' door — the unhurried local alternative when 24 Kaikan up the road is full.
