We had a lovely experience at the Sunday lunch buffet at ITC Ratnadipa Pavilion. The buffet offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What really made our visit stand out was the exceptional hospitality. The service was outstanding throughout the meal. Every member of the waiting staff was attentive, courteous, and quick to assist whenever needed without being intrusive. They were always smiling, warm, and welcoming, creating such a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel truly looked after. A special mention goes to Chef Aunathan, who personally came over to our table to ask how we were enjoying the food. His friendly, humble, and approachable manner made us feel extra special and added a personal touch to what was already a wonderful meal. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience with delicious food and outstanding service. Kudos to the entire team at the Pavilion for the dedication, warmth, and professionalism they bring to the Sunday buffet. It’s the little touches like these that make all the difference. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! My daughter absolutely loved all the muffins at the breakfast buffet, and we especially enjoyed the Sri Lankan food. The hoppers were amazing—definitely a highlight of our breakfasts! A special thank you to Kanchana for the great service. We also appreciate the excellent hospitality from Jaleel, Lizane, and Shalani Baru, who made us feel very welcome. Many thanks as well to Mr. Ali from Housekeeping for keeping everything spotless and making our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed our experience and look forward to coming back!

I've been coming to the Indian Ocean Pavilion restaurant at ITC quite regularly and it's genuinely one of my favourite places to eat. The food is always really good, and one of the things I love most is the variety. The buffet has so many different options and cuisines to choose from, so there's always something for everyone and it's impossible to leave hungry. The service is also consistently excellent. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special thank you to Kanchana, who is always incredibly helpful and attentive. He goes out of his way to make sure guests are looked after, and his kindness and professionalism never go unnoticed. Overall, it's a great place with delicious food, fantastic service, and a really welcoming atmosphere. I always enjoy coming back and would definitely recommend it to others.

From the moment you approach the building, ITC Ratnadipa makes an impression. It’s grand, elegant, and beautifully executed. There are ongoing renovations in certain sections, but they are discreetly partitioned and did not create any disturbance during my stay. The property is expansive, but what truly stands out is the people. The staff are exceptionally well trained — warm, intuitive, and genuinely hospitable. From front desk to housekeeping to food and beverage, every interaction felt seamless and considered. This is polished hospitality at its finest. I stayed on the 25th floor, and as a Marriott Elite member, I genuinely felt recognised and valued. The level of care and attention was consistent and personal — not transactional. Food was excellent throughout. Service in the restaurants was attentive without being intrusive, and the overall dining experience reflected the same high standards seen across the property. This is a hotel that understands service culture. The building is impressive, yes — but the team is what elevates it to another level. A truly memorable stay.
