Bad service. Waiters drink alcohol instead of clearing tables and ashtrays, and bringing drinks. Unfriendly staff. They only like those who give tips. If you haven't paid for a song, the bartender will close it. Bottom line: terrible place, bad staff, no service, drunk inadequate waiters.

I usually like this place a lot because the staff are clean, fun, and the Russian music is fun. The servers are very friendly and helpful. However, the bartender doesn't seem to be welcoming to Thais. It seems like the Russians are more likely to give tips. When I ask for a song, they say they can't play it, even though I'm asking for a tip. They need tips to play it, but the Russians can just walk around and play it themselves on the computer. That day, I was drunk, and the Russian suddenly took me to the bathroom. He didn't do anything too out of it. I hadn't even been in for a minute before he knocked and said, "If I bring another customer, I'll charge 3,000 baht." He's very arrogant. And aren't Thais customers begging for food? Furthermore, the Russians took me there, not me. If you have a camera, watch it. Other places close at 2 a.m., but his is open until almost dawn every day. I don't feel comfortable telling him not to bring his customers there. And aren't Thais customers?
