1. You must bring your own flip-flops, otherwise they charge you €2.50. 2. There's no jacuzzi or any water features. 3. There's only one pool, and the water is freezing cold. It's not used. 4. The way things are done in this city is strange. People only get intimate in secluded areas, like the steam room or the foam area… the rest of the sauna is impossible to see anyone having sex… it's as if they're embarrassed to be seen.

In terms of the facility, this is one of the best ones in Europe. It span multiple floors, there are ample of saunas, dry and wet. There's a deck resting, and a pool, though small. The changing room is big. There is a bar, and a bar/restaurant. They are also serving hot meals now. However, as someone who prefer older guys or bears, this one is a maybe. I've been there multiple times, and the chances of finding guys I like are maybe 10%. Most of the clients tend towards the younger ones. Best days are Sunday late afternoon, and Saturday afternoon. I think if you are into younger guys, you should have plenty of action.

Opening the pool without being able to use it isn't great. The foam at the foam party is extremely harsh and dries out the skin and mucous membranes around the anus. Isn't there an alternative?

Had a brilliant time at Kaiserbründl Men’s Sauna. The place is absolutely gorgeous — historic, elegant, and full of character, way more beautiful than you’d expect from a sauna experience. The bar staff were super friendly, welcoming, and made everything feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. And yes… lots of men 😅 Lots of energy, lots of atmosphere, lots of fun. A very unique Vienna experience — stylish, social, and definitely memorable. 🤗 I coul not take pictures for obvious reasons...😅😅😅

Me and my partner went there on Sunday evening. Not very crowded, BUT we were not looking for anyone else to spend time with. Probably Friday and Saturday would be better. The place is very nice. It is super clean, even the darkest corners. The staff is super nice and very friendly (ALL of them), they explained to us everything we needed to know as it was our first time- we would love to come back, atmosphere was very nice and calm.

Beautiful ambiance; if you like vintage style combined with a cruiser vibe, this is the place for you. A whirlpool and it would have been five stars.

Nice pool and sauna, but the cashiers were always very rude. I didn't know it was a Karen sauna?

The ambiance and decor are very nice. The layout is quite labyrinthine. As a tourist, it's rather difficult to strike up a conversation with other guests. Unfortunately, the smoking area was so overly lit that the only option was to step out into the courtyard.

The sauna has adequate and high-quality facilities. It's spread over three levels. The action is concentrated on the lower level, where there are videos and numerous relaxation cabins. This level also has a bar, a steam room, a Finnish sauna, relaxation areas, and a large jacuzzi-style pool (with oriental decor). There's another bar on the first level that offers food. The busiest days are weekends and when there's a party, like a foam party. As mentioned in other reviews, the sauna offers free condoms, but they charge 50 cents for a packet of lubricant. I did see someone cleaning the cabins with hygiene products. I don't know how often. I recommend bringing your own t-shirts; if you need them, they charge €2.50. There's hardly anyone there on Mondays, and it's boring. As everywhere, some people have a good time, and some get bored. This sauna is very unique and different from others; it's worth a visit if you're a gay man. It's not suitable for other types of customers. Prices: €27 weekends, €23 Mondays (2026)
