This is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay in the central Brussels area! The hotel is old but the facilities are very well maintained, the rooms are spacious, and the environment is very comfortable and clean! The breakfast is very good, with excellent products and variety. The price is very reasonable! I really enjoyed my experience! I recommend it!

A hotel worthy of a period film about royalty; upon arrival, our eyes were dazzled by the beauty of the place! The welcome was warm, the rooms spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very varied, not to mention the splendid breakfast room. The king-size bed added an extra touch of wonder. In short, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this magnificent hotel, not to mention the kindness of the staff.

The location is close to everything, but the area around the hotel feels very unsafe and uncomfortable. Even the hotel staff warned us about pickpockets nearby. We also had a serious privacy issue. We placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, yet housekeeping entered and cleaned the room without permission while we had important belongings inside. In addition, there are no security cameras in the hotel, and management was not helpful when we raised our concerns. For a luxury hotel, the service was disappointing. During checkout, nobody assisted us with the luggage and we were told to use the trolley ourselves.

Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Le Plaza for our lovely overnight stay. We were warmly welcomed, the room was well-maintained, and the hotel has that beautiful, classic charm that immediately makes your stay special. The location is ideal for discovering Brussels. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
