great location ...right in the old city, close to parkinglot outside the old city (3min walk). pack light because of the stairs you have to climb in the old city. easy to find room and open the door (code). great to have water available in the room and some tea.

It's great to be able to walk right out into the old town. However, to get here you have to park up on the sidewalk along the street and then get a taxi or Uber to pick you up and take you to the entrance to the old town, then walk with your bags up uneven stone stairs. The room was air-conditioned and pretty nice, except for a bad smell of musty sewer water, probably from problems with the drains right outside. There were not enough towels and no wash cloths. There was no top sheet on the bed and the comforter was scratchy and very hot. The mattress had a visible split in the side. We ended up buying a cotton blanket to use instead of the horrible comforter.

Fantastic, small hotel within the city walls. Host is very accommodating, and they run a nearby restaurant, which helps for asking questions or storing luggage. Just far enough away from the main street to feel like you're in a neighborhood.

Top notch location. Not so loud for being in a hustling and bustling of Dubrovnik old town. Price is amazing. Kitchen + washing machine was great to have! The only thing is cleaning could be more detail on the top floor studio but that doesn’t make me complain at all.

Spectacular accommodation for staying in Dubrovnik! If I return, I'll definitely stay here again; the host was very attentive!! He even speaks a little Spanish 😃😃

Our host Matija was very friendly and competent, and he took care of everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The two-story apartment was fantastic! I would gladly come back anytime.

Fantastic location very good value for money.

This was easy to get too and luckily not yoo many stairs to carry our bag. So we had a bit of an issue finding it because it's on the side of the Lanii restaurant, but luckily the owner was very responsive via text. The rooms seemed to be recently updated and were nice. The cold AC was AMAZING. It is close to everything downtown and the number locking system is nice. The bad part was you could hear EVERYTHING. There was a big gap on the bottom part of our door and hearing the workers unload things in the morning and people coming in late at night woke us up several times. But the cold AC made up for it, so overall good experience. No staff came to clean our room either day, so keep that in mind.

Great location in the old town (only accessible on foot). Room in an old, noisy building, modern and beautifully furnished. Very friendly hosts. Good, hearty breakfast!
