Ivan was great. So nice and helpful. The stairs suck. 60-90 steps to go up or down to the hotel. No parking. No elevator. No way to get luggage to the hotel except carry by hand. Very good breakfast. Great outside eating area with a view of the ocean.

Comfortable, air-conditioned room with a sea view. The only problem for people with reduced mobility is the stairs. For everyone else, it's very manageable and good for your health.

Fantastic views, great location just a short walk from swimming locations, the bus stop, and restaurants in Lapad. The breakfast was ok & varied, with a nice terrace and view to sit at. The hotel staff were also very helpful throughout and after our stay. Would recommend.

Very nice location, there are 60 steps to climb, parking is very difficult. Lovely terrace for breakfast or a drink, the rooms face the sea with a balcony, table and chairs are superb. The bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower, but oh well...

Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik.The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs,even so it's worth staying.

The place is dreamy: not only are the views amazing, but the location is unbeatable. It has private access to the crystal-clear coves of the beach, which you can reach on foot in no more than 5 minutes. The views from the room are priceless. The only downside? Stairs. Lots of stairs. If you have a large suitcase, it will be a real challenge to climb them 🤣 but other than that, 5 out of 5 stars. The staff is very friendly and the room is as spacious as it is beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area of ​​Dubrovnik. Unfortunately, the exact location is very inconvenient because it can only be reached via numerous stairs, both up and down, which becomes extremely difficult with luggage. There is no parking, and if you have one, you have to park your car for a fee and far away. The hotel also has no elevator. The staff is quite friendly, but the service at breakfast is lacking (they even ask you to put the dishes on a trolley), and the room cleaning is practically non-existent (the morning they had to make the room, the lady barely made the bed and sheets without cleaning at all!). Breakfast was barely adequate (even the croissants were cut in half, and there was little choice or variety). The view from the terrace was beautiful, but overall, I would never return.

This is literally the best and the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed at! Simply breath-taking, amazing and unbelievable! It's like a precious gem hidden in the rocks. It's an incredible paradise from your greatest dreams. The location, the sea view, the small cozy picturesque beaches with crystal water and old pines praying over the sea right opposite the door, the friendly people and heavenly breakfast, the artistic style of the interior - all of it make you not only feel like at home, but in heaven. It's so peaceful and poetic. Would love to come back one day ❤️
