EA Hotel Tosca

The Air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night, the hotel staff had already left and there was no way to open the windows, they provided to us the room at the top floor and on the ceiling the windows were locked and you can't open them. It was extremely humid for us, very unpleasant and even the receptionist was very rude, she won't take your greetings and give you a dead look as if you stole something from her. I won't recommend anyone to stay here. Its closer to the city center, however, there are other good options with better service and hospitality.

Average hotel. Clean, linen changed daily. Needs updating. No breakfast. Strategic location. Quiet street.

Room was clear and bed was comfy but hotel is old, bathrooms are not the best and there was no equipment or ppssibility to do some coffe or tea. Also no cosmetics in the bathroom. Location is really good tho, very close to tram and metro station. Overall, the price was too high for such old and basic hotel. It's not bad hotel but not for the price their offer.

The rooms were clean, but there was so much dirt under the beds and tables. The breakfast was awful. The worse thing about the hotel, the coffee cups were so small, the food tasted bad and the bread was old. I enjoyed the hotel except the food. They didn't also have fridge in the rooms. What is actually so needed.

A very bad hotel, extremely outdated, very poorly equipped, uncomfortable beds, dirty bathrooms, unpleasant smell throughout the room, dirty carpets, generally neglected condition, and very unfriendly staff. Breakfast is a disaster. Inedible. The only positive aspect is the location. This hotel is absolutely not recommended.

I have traveled to many countries and have been to many hotels. This hotel was one of my worst experiences of hotels so far, if not the worst. In short: Not clean, expensive, old, cold, basic, weak wifi, not comfortable, and good luck finding an outlet in your room to charge your cell phone. This is not a Hotel. About the facilities: there is a safe box, without a key, and there is a hair dryer which is broken. Finally, super rude staff

First day we arrive in the evening and find the sheets dirty and stained😡 we are well, the tablecloths were changed after 3 days because we asked, otherwise..... noisy location because the TRAM passes below 24 hours a day, very comfortable bed and shower.
