Hamlo at the reception. The card stopped working in the room. The reception does not work, we started calling the number, they do not pick up, we sit on the street. Then they started calling back from WhatsApp and threatening. The problem was not solved. Things were left in the hotel room and we had to look for a place to stay in Prague The worst place you can find

We were part of a tour group staying at this hotel from May 7th to 9th, 2026. Upon arrival, it was already a mess. Going to the room was a mess—oh God, a youth hostel room! There was nothing but two beds pushed apart, no TV, etc. The worst part was that on the second-to-last day, there was a fire in the hotel. The whole place reeked of burning wires, and they tried to cover it up. We left, and even our suitcases and belongings smelled of smoke. There were no smoke detectors; we could have suffocated during the night. So be careful.

Unfortunately, it's not worth visiting. It lacks basic amenities and comforts; there's only one electrical outlet in the bathroom, no tissues, nothing. My advice is don't stay there, even if it's free. It's a very old hotel.
