A very formidable hotel and an excellent staff! This hotel was a very pleasant experience with all it takes to make a stay perfect! Very clean rooms and an amazing architecture is what surprised me to this very day. The breakfast was as well perfect (I loved that freshly squeezed orange juice). Will visit that hotel in the future for sure!

Gotta love how they post that the rooms come with ac, but the ac doesn't work. We asked the front desk why the ac doesn't work and she said it will only start working next week because of the season. When I asked why did they post that the rooms come with ac if there's no ac, she insisted (literally 4 times) that there is ac in the room, it just doesn't work. Absolutely ridiculous.

Misleading 5-Star Claim – In Reality, Maximum 3-Star Standard This hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, but based on my experience, it falls far below that standard. At best, it meets the level of a 3-star hotel. The hotel's overall condition is outdated and poorly maintained, and doesn't align with what guests expect from a premium or luxury category. Several areas appeared old, worn, and insufficiently clean. Multiple things either did not work properly or were simply missing, creating the impression of a property not being managed with the level of care expected of a 5-star hotel. They don't even have a restaurant that is open. They don't even have a smart TV. They claim to have a good restaurant, but it is always closed. The smell in the hotel is horrible. The service was particularly disappointing. Instead of proactive support, clear communication, and proper follow-up, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly coordinated. I reported issues, including the non-functioning telephone and missing items, yet the hotel has still not followed up with me. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that positions itself in the 5-star segment. Another major issue is the lack of transparency around additional costs. Parking was charged separately, although this was not clearly communicated beforehand. The same applies to the spa, which also required an additional payment that was not made sufficiently clear in advance. We got the wrong bed. 2 singles instead of one double. Overall, the pricing structure feels excessive, with costs increasing for every small additional service. For the price charged, the value delivered is simply not justified. The breakfast was average at best and did not reflect a 5-star standard. Combined with the poor service, lack of cleanliness, outdated facilities, broken equipment, and hidden extra charges, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. In my view, the hotel is significantly misrepresented. It is marketed as a luxury 5-star property, but the experience does not support this claim. Guests should be aware that the advertised standard and the reality are far apart. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a genuine 5-star experience. Based on my stay, this property deserves a maximum of 3 stars.
