Very welcoming atmosphere, very friendly staff. We also used the billiards table.

Perfectly located in quiet residential area, room equipment as expected and described on Booking and super clean, non stop reception. We were very dissapointed by breakfast provided at the hotel. Booking does not mention that the breakfast will be very basic, continental. We expected regular 4* breakfast including at least fresh ham, cheese, vegetable, eggs. We were also surprised by a staircase at the entrance, as we arrived with a stroller, but the receptionist was very kind and helped to take the stroller up. Apart from that, all other corridors and rooms are barrier free. But we enjoyed our stay at the hotel anyway.

Everything was perfect ! We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and in this part of Prag which very quiet and nice. The room (appartement) was spacious, very clean, and very functional. We also appreciate the staff who were very helpful.

Spent few weeks here and really enjoyed the stay. Clean, well‑kept rooms with Kitchen and a perfect location with quick access to both tram and metro. Thank you for the warm and thoughtful hospitality.

Our three-night stay at Mamaison Residence Belgická was absolutely wonderful. What really stood out was how the rooms felt more like a typical European home rather than a standard hotel room. The space was cozy, thoughtfully designed, and had a warm, lived-in charm that made it easy to relax right away. Instead of the usual impersonal hotel setup, the residence offered a comfortable, homely atmosphere that made our stay feel more authentic and enjoyable. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall ambiance added a special touch to our trip. We truly had an awesome stay and would happily return!

All the staff were very friendly, the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. I'd definitely come back.
