Hilton Prague Hotel
Many visitors praise the hotel's excellent service, with specific mentions of staff going above and beyond, and some enjoying significant upgrades. However, common complaints include long wait times at reception, issues with room readiness, and a perceived lack of value for the price, particularly regarding executive services. Some guests also found the hotel to be too busy, especially during conferences.

Higher price group and everything corresponds to that
Its a good place to stay but too busy and a bit old
Disappointing stay given our Hilton Honors Gold status. Several issues stood out. First, we were denied the complimentary bottled water that Gold members are entitled to, and were instead lectured that we should drink the tap water or buy our own. Second, our room was not ready until well past 3 PM, despite standard check-in being 3 PM. The executive lounge was very minimal compared to other properties, and the overall service was not on par with other Hiltons. The one positive is the location. Everything else felt like management neglect, a failure to take care of their Gold and Diamond members.
I would like to give a low rating because they have not refunded my deposit. They ask for my credit card as an insurance snd also payment for the city tax. During check out I have decided to checkout by cash and yet the deposit is still not return after 7 days.
A wonderful experience. I found the check-in quick and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent (we had it during peak hours and never had to wait in line). The location isn't central, but it's well-connected. The pool was clean and relaxing. We had a small issue (the cleaning lady took a white tank top thinking it was a towel), but it was resolved quickly and promptly. I can't find any negatives. I'd definitely stay here again.
I would like to send a very personal thank you to Marko at the Hilton Atrium for kindly giving my wife and myself the best upgrade ever! From a deluxe city view to the incredible Royal Suite! So generous. Along with complimentary cocktails at Cloud 9 this hotel is without doubt one of the best examples of how to treat guests globally. Again thank you to you and all staff at the Hilton Atrium. It's where Presidents stay! What more is there to say!
Strange vibe…. Doesn’t feel like a Hilton. If you are here with a big group booked from the travel agencies sure. Had to wait 15 mins in line at the reception to see a staff. If you show up before 15:00, no chance of getting a room unless you pay extra. Went to wellness area first in the afternoon to ask about how does the pool work if there’s any special rules. Got ready in robes and bathing suits at night, went down and was only informed free pool access is for some members only. Catching a super early flight on the check out day so went to settle the bill the night before at 21:30, asked for breakfast box, was told it’s too late for that. No alternative or what so ever offered. Location and room were nice, but definitely considering other hotels at similar price range in Prague next time.
