It is very close to Prague Station and not far from tourist attractions. The lounge was clean and the room was also spotless, so I really liked it. The staff were also very friendly.

Despite our short stay, she already knew our breakfast menu preferences, and was also very attentive and friendly. The hotel has an excellent location, with many attractions within walking distance. You can easily reach Palladium Mall on foot, and there are several halal restaurant options nearby. The area is lively, especially in the evening, with plenty of places to enjoy a walk, have dessert, grab a coffee, or enjoy a cold drink. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the service is very good. The breakfast is also enjoyable, featuring fresh orange juice, and you can order your eggs prepared exactly the way you like them. Freshly made coffee is also available, making for a great start to the day.

Overall a pleasant stay with solid service, but there are two practical points worth knowing before booking. There are individual AC controls in the rooms, but you can only adjust your AC to the system limit. The building's system has a minimum temperature of 23°C (73°F), so if you're a cold sleeper, this could be an issue. Other reviews have complained about this, this isn't an "issue" from the hotels perspective. This is a purposeful choice of balancing energy costs with customer comfort. I think it is bizarre that a 5 star hotel would do this to their customers. The other is WiFi performance. Speeds are quite limited, averaging around 8Mbps per device, which may be frustrating for anyone needing a reliable & fast connection.

We stayed at this hotel during our trip and the overall experience was satisfactory, with several positive aspects but also a few areas for improvement. The hotel's location is excellent, ideal for visiting the city and easily exploring the surrounding area. The rooms are modern and visually appealing, and the staff's welcome was warm and professional, which was appreciated from the moment we arrived. However, some negative points impacted our stay. The soundproofing is very poor: you can easily hear what's happening in neighboring rooms and above, which makes it difficult to sleep, especially at night. The beds are also very high, which may be inconvenient for some people. Finally, the room cleaning could be improved. Better cleanliness would make the experience much more pleasant and in line with the expected standard.

Very good hotel, we were very well received, great location, excellent service, special thanks to Maria who works at breakfast and Lucrecia from the wine bar, very kind and polite! Congratulations! It was an excellent stay, we will miss it!

Very disappointing stay. The room design was nice, but the overall experience was not worth the price at all. During a very warm night in early May, the AC simply did not work. We contacted the staff, but it took a long time for someone to come, and the only “solution” was basically to turn it off. We woke up several times because the room was too hot. The soundproofing was also extremely poor. The hotel even provides earplugs, which says a lot, but they still did not help much with the street noise at night. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay, and I would not recommend it.

Lovely evening in the newly redesigned 1932 Brasserie. The staff were very friendly, the service excellent, and the food exactly what you would expect from a fine dining experience. There was a good selection to choose from, and the wine list was well put together, allowing us to try a few different options. I had the soup and the pike perch, and everything was as it should be. If you are staying in the hotel or in the area, it is definitely worth a visit. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality offered.

The hotel is right in the center of Prague, near Wenceslas Square, right across from the Lucerna arcades. You can walk to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge in 10 minutes. From arrival, everything was perfect, the staff was helpful and kind.

We stayed at the Hotel Almanac in Prague over the weekend. The hotel is very nice and located right on Wenceslas Square. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. All the staff, whether at reception, at breakfast, the porter, or the cleaning staff, were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at noon and were lucky that our room was already ready, allowing us to check in early. We were aware beforehand that it was possible we might not be able to check in until 3 p.m., as the check-in time is 3 p.m. Therefore, we don't understand some of the negative reviews complaining about this. However, it would be nice if the service staff would ask guests who are making loud video calls in the breakfast area to refrain from doing so. We and other guests found this very disruptive.
