K+K Hotel Fenix, Prague

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night as part of a teambuilding event. Communication with Mr. Alex Dascal was perfect, he accommodated us in everything and was very accommodating. He even offered us extra services, we could have breakfast at the hotel, even though we were not yet accommodated. All 39 people appreciated it very much. Of course, we also had dinner at the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were great, the chef also received verbal praise from us. The accommodation was perfect, everyone was very satisfied. The location of the hotel is great, a minute from Wenceslas Square. So - maximum satisfaction with everything. Thank you. Nice hotel in a great location short walks to key sights. Morning breakfast included in our stay was excellent. Staff were friendly, all in all a good place to stay.

the hotel was relatively ok, de rooms were ok, de front desk was ok, but the waitresses in the bar and the restaurant were not so good. lucky we have our contact person of the hotel mr Alex Dascal who helped us a lot and gave our group Probus Leuven a perfect and friendly service. that fact gave us the final good experience of four day trip to Prague

I injured my ankle the morning I left Texas for Prague, but didn't realize it was broken until the K+K staff helped get me to a hospital emergency room nearby, where they did X-rays and gave me crutches and a boot. The staff practically adopted me for my eight-day stay and went out of their way to make me comfortable and cared for. Their kindness began when we checked in, and I realized I had made my reservations at the other K+K hotel in Prague. The gracious and efficient hotel manager worked some magic, found me a room, and got the charges changed to K+K Feenix. Then, when she found out that I'd broken my ankle, she moved me to the one room that had a seat in the shower! The entire staff went out of their way to make me comfortable and cared for, and we shared lots of laughs as well. I can't say enough about the incredible service and kindness I experienced, and I'd recommend the hotel without reservation to anyone who wants a great value and outstanding service.

My first accommodation in this country was amazing! The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but everything was delicious. I made hot chocolate or latte every morning, and it was truly the best... so tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly, and on the day of checkout, they went out at the crack of dawn to prepare special food for me. They gave me so much that I was able to eat heartily throughout the day. The elevator was modern, and the room was super clean! If there is a small downside... it is a bit far from the Old Town or Charles Bridge, so you definitely have to walk about 15 minutes. Also, there are some strip bars/clubs nearby, so I was a little scared coming back to the accommodation alone at night. 😂 But it wasn't a problem. It was so, so good. 🫶 The supermarket is also close by.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and very friendly, welcoming staff. I had a pleasant stay and would happily come back.
