The rooms are spacious and clean, perhaps not of a high standard, but well-equipped. Breakfast is included in the price, very good and varied. The staff is very helpful. I highly recommend it. ❤️

Old style, not polished, not amazing breakfast, very difficult to park a car. But still good value for the price in city center, and with parking.

We were at SUSA in March 2026. We really liked it - a cozy clean room, attentive staff always ready to help, the room was cleaned every day, the location is two minutes from the stops and close to the center. Breakfast was good

You get what you expect for the money. The main advantage is probably the location.

The location is great, the rooms are simply but adequately furnished. Unfortunately, some rooms were quite worn. Breakfast was very basic and could have been better. All in all, though, it's a good place to stay.

Great location of the hotel... poor quality breakfast not replenished, coffee not good, room damaged floor coverings, floor, peeled cabinets, I do not recommend for this price, there are many other hotels in the area for the same price

Apartament was spacious. Also bathroom,bed comfortable. Service and everything was great.

First of all: my review takes into account that I paid less than €100 for three nights including breakfast at the beginning of January. For that price, the hotel offers excellent value for money: the rooms are large, even have a small kitchen, and are clean. Everything is a bit dated (some parts quite so), but still functional. The breakfast, also considering the price, is perfectly acceptable, even good. The location is particularly outstanding: tram line 22 is only 100 meters away, providing easy access to the New Town, the Old Town, and the Lesser Town. Since public transport in Prague is also very affordable, this is an excellent option. As is typical in Prague, everything you could possibly need is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. If you're looking to save money, this is a great choice. However, if you prefer comfort and a more upscale experience, this isn't the place for you.

The price-performance ratio is good, the rooms could be renovated but then it would be more expensive. The parking is a disaster, if you can, choose the train.
