I called half an hour in advance, was spoken to politely, and then received excellent and friendly assistance. Remarkably good service.

Everything you need is there. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast was great; if something was empty, it was refilled. Very good service.

A basic hotel undergoing lengthy renovations. The internet is a disaster throughout the entire building, but none of the staff seem to care. The sauna and breakfast room are ancient and desperately need renovation. Breakfast is okay. Sometimes there are no whole-grain rolls. Most rooms are renovated and superficially clean. The towel warmer in the bathroom is very dusty, as is the top shelf of the clothes rack. The parking at the hotel and the location are positive aspects. Never book a room facing the street.

You are very well looked after! Breakfast has a good selection and there is plenty of parking available in front of the hotel.

Good hotel

We drove almost 500 km and had a room on the second floor. There were renovation materials lying around in the stairwell. When we went into the room, the toilet door was broken, the ceiling had water damage, and the furniture was dusty. Room service came into the room without permission and cleaned while we were out. The bed was clean and comfortable. The service was generally quite nice, except when we asked to use the sauna (at 7 pm, which is open until 10 pm). The response was: "Oh dear, so late, I have to get home too." In the end, the sauna was turned on, and when we wanted to go downstairs, it was full of other people. Breakfast was good, although it was supposed to start at 6 am, it wasn't ready until 7:30 am. The room faced the main road and was quite noisy. Therefore, only 3 stars. Sorry.

The rooms are okay. The internet is an absolute disaster; there's hardly any Wi-Fi on the first floor. Breakfast is so-so. On Thursday at 7:30 a.m., the tables were covered in dishes, but the scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages were empty, and the staff member was busy on her phone in the kitchen.

Old, noisy rooms (street) and showing its age. Definitely not my first choice if I'm ever in Bielefeld again...

Check-in took forever. My room had silverfish, and according to the receptionist, they're present in all the rooms and the entire hotel, so a room change wouldn't be practical, even though I'd asked for one. Instead of taking me seriously and offering a real solution or at least apologizing, I was simply given a trap. Absolutely terrible service. After two nights, I found another hotel. It's also very noisy.

Overall, nice, friendly, and relaxed... Breakfast is plentiful and good. The room is comfortably furnished—unfortunately, it lacks a small refrigerator (it's a bed and breakfast). Meanwhile, there are problems with the water pressure/temperature in the shower... Otherwise, I would go there again.

The rooms are okay – adequate for an overnight stay. The breakfast, which has to be paid for in advance, is a real nuisance. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 6:30 a.m. I've been standing here with six other people since 6:30 a.m., and the breakfast room is locked. It's now 6:50 a.m. No one at the hotel is answering; the phone number is forwarded to voicemail. While short-notice staff shortages due to illness can always occur, the fact that no preparations have been made for this and that staff aren't even reachable is unfortunate. Update 6:55 a.m.: A staff member has arrived, but she doesn't have a key and can't reach anyone. The manager isn't answering the phone. She's trying to find a solution. Update: Another staff member arrives around 7:10 a.m. and also doesn't have a key. Update: A third staff member arrives around 7:20 a.m. and has a key. It will take another 20 minutes. Update: I received a sincere apology by phone, which I gladly accept, as well as the smooth procedure for the immediate reimbursement of costs.
