A reasonably priced hotel with good service and very friendly staff. The room was clean. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. Thank you, I would gladly stay again.

I do not recommend this property due to the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior of the front desk staff and their unwillingness to resolve the issue. Upon arrival, there was a problem with two reservations, even though I had made one reservation through Booking. I also received an email with a price offer, which I neither responded to nor agreed to. However, this was treated as a second reservation, for which I was charged on the spot at twice the price. When I attempted to explain the situation, the receptionist behaved in an AGGRESSIVE and unprofessional manner towards me. A man even shouted at a woman (me), which I found very uncomfortable and unacceptable in customer service. The employee commented on my speech and told me to "tone it down" because he was uncomfortable with my communication style, even though I spoke calmly and in a normal voice. When I tried to explain the situation, I was informed that I should apologize because I had allegedly been "insolent," and that the employee would address me in any way he deemed appropriate. During the conversation, I was also video-linked to my partner, who witnessed the entire incident and the employee's shouting. ADDITIONALLY, the employee stated that if the police were called, guests would be asked to leave the property and that he would not contact hotel management. He informed me that I should contact my superiors myself, refusing to escalate the matter. The employee also commented on my son's behavior, who had touched the chalkboard at the reception desk. I apologized for this, but despite this, the employee continued to comment unprofessionally and showed clear impatience with the situation. The entire situation was very uncomfortable and shocking for me. At one point, I told the employee that he should consider changing jobs because he was clearly not suited to working with people. He laughed at me. I find this type of service unacceptable and inconsistent with customer service standards. I expected basic respect and professionalism, which unfortunately was lacking.
