Worst experience! I do not recommend!!!!

Room Something simple, it is completely free, you pay an additional fee of €2 per day, conditioner + €7 per day, about the breakfast cereal, milk, tea, coffee, cheese, salami, bread, butter, nutella, biscuits, vegetables and watermelon, there is a pool that is taken care of daily, table tennis, enough sun loungers, nearby there are taverns where you can eat tasty, one of them would be the Taverna picture below

They don't answer the phone, I was looking for them for 4 days to change the room and after intimidation and complaints they took me back. When we arrived at the hotel, while the website said that air conditioning was provided free of charge, they asked us for 7 euros per day, I had booked 2 rooms so they asked me for 14 euros per day, after a fight we had and intimidation of reporting to booking they gave it to me. The room needs renovation, the mattresses are spring mattresses and with frequent use they start to hurt, only one bulb in the ceiling lights worked, the air conditioning blinds were broken so it only blew down, the bathroom had no curtain and water filled the room, the bathroom mirror was broken, only one bulb in the bathroom worked from 2 am, there was no hairdryer anywhere in the room, the refrigerator was dirty on every shelf with some sticky stuff and it also didn't cool down. And the safe didn't even have a key. The towels, although clean, had many kilos of dried blood on them and were peeling at the edges from the weather. When we asked to change the towels and sheets because we had them for 3 days, they told us that they didn't have them, they were all in the laundry, the entire hotel, and they had them exactly, unacceptable. The room door was very old and every time someone else opened the door of the room, ours would bang, the soundproofing was also very bad, both from the neighboring rooms and from the corridor, but also from the highway that passes right in front. Also, the TV in the room was very old, it was one of those old, small, square ones that are unsightly from the 80s. Finally, about the room, I should mention that it had a false ceiling on the ceiling that was broken and made some strange sounds. As for the outside area, the pool was not cleaned sufficiently and the automatic cleaning was low, it was also as if there was no chlorine. The hot water in the bathroom was only available for a certain time and after complaining to booking we had it 24 hours a day. In closing, I should say about the breakfast, which was the same every day, and only had cereal, a little watermelon and bread with marmalade and jam, it was available until 9:30 and it was not enough for everyone. So if you want to catch breakfast, you have to go from 8. Nice vacation.

Where do i even start first? WALK TO THE BEACH : 15 minutes minimum. ROOM SERVICE : 1 - The first 2 days we used beach towels after shower because there were none 2 - Air Conditioners are 7€ Extra per day 3 - we stayed 7 days and we showered on freaking cold water because there was no hot water at all. We even got sick for 2 days with temperature up to 39°. HOSPITALITY : 1 - 0 english, barely understanding them on a very broken english 2 - Breakfast had so few options we didnt even use the open bufe any day at all. And also at my parents room which was by the pool, at night there were freaking rats all over the roof walking and making noises, at first we thought its just the stray cats but when we got out to check we saw like 2-3 rats running away from light.

The furniture is worn out. Air conditioning is an extra charge. There's no soap or towels in the bathroom (they only brought towels on the third day). The tap water has a slightly yellowish tint. The soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor – you can hear your neighbors. The doors to the balcony and bathroom are difficult to close. The hotel is located next to a road where fake Schumachers regularly drive at night; in the middle of the night, you can be woken by a passing clown on a motorcycle. Breakfast has a limited selection but is generally adequate. Clear advantages include the friendly staff, on-site parking, and the close proximity to shops and the beach.

Very bad hotel the make you bey for all extra money all time

The overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. On one occasion, I left the bathroom door open and returned to a strong sewage smell in the room. Towels and bed sheets were stained—fortunately, I brought my own. During my 7-night stay, I received only one clean towel and my sheets were never changed. The room itself was outdated and not very clean. The fridge had visible marks inside and out, and the bathroom floor appeared stained from a previous guest. The shower head wasn’t mounted, making it inconvenient to use. Noise was also an issue. A rooster next door crowed early every morning, and despite my room being at the end of the hallway, I could still hear conversations from other rooms. The breakfast was very basic—just bread, jam, cereal, vegetables, tea, and coffee. The pool area was decent and one of the few aspects I can’t complain about. The balcony view of the sunrise was a highlight, but not every room gets that benefit. Upon arrival, I was charged an unexpected “tax” in cash by the elderly woman at the front desk, which felt a bit questionable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. It may be suitable for partygoers visiting Malia, but it’s far from ideal in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and service.

Just my opinion: my wife and I loved it. It's very cozy and modest, located about 200-300 meters from the beach. The water is clean. It's our first time in Greece, so it's very nice. There's also a free pool on the hotel grounds. The beach is clean, but there's a fee for sun loungers and umbrellas, but that's not related to the hotel.

Small, modest hotel with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely views from the top floor either to the sea or the mountains. Good location, peaceful surroundings, short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Homely and warm. One of the most important things: a comfortable bed. Highly recommended!
