A very good location close to the most beautiful beach in Malia, namely Ikaros Beach. It's not for the pretentious....pretentious people should take money out of their wallets if they want luxury...I think that for 30-35 euros per night it's a fair price, especially since you also get a decent breakfast for this price. My advice is to ask for rooms with a sea view on the 1st or 2nd floor if you want cooler rooms and not to hear cars or have the sun beating down on your room window all day long. The staff is very kind and any problem or request you have, they are willing to help you with anything. Humanity is something to be cherished these days when people are getting worse and worse. I'm sure many were disappointed because they wanted to be friends but forgot that it doesn't cost more than 30-35 euros per night here at Harmony.

The tour was bought at a bargain price for 10 nights, there were no high expectations from the hotel. And everything would be fine if it weren't for a big minus for pool lovers. I and other mothers in this hotel could not understand why the children did not want to swim in the sea, they complain that the skin in the sea water burns. Until the children accidentally found a hole in the pool, where there were many circles of chlorine, and it became clear that it was because of the pool. There is too much chlorine there and it is constantly lying there! Only after the ban on swimming pools with swimming in the sea did everything become good again. After that we went to the mini-aquapark in Malia and to Hersonissos to the water park "Star beach" - after swimming in the pools in the water parks, the children had no problems with contact with salt water. I tried to tell the hostess in English that the children's skin problems after the pool were because there was too much chlorine, or it was of poor quality. But I don't know if she understood me. Maybe her son will read the review and start dosing chlorine according to the volume of the pool or change the supplier. Because it is very important for the safety of children who bathe there and adults. In all other respects, a good budget hotel, clean, in an authentic Greek style. The hostess is an elderly woman, very nice, thank you for her hospitality. Cleaning was every day. We lived on the 3rd floor - great view and nice room. Breakfasts are always the same - sausage/cheese/bread/vegetables/yogurt/muesli/Maria cookies/milk/coffee/watermelon/muesli/margarine/jams/nutella. There is a plastic kettle in the room (also plastic inside). In general, if it were not for the situation with the pool, I would be satisfied with the price/quality ratio.

On the positive side, there is parking, and the back rooms have a sea view. Unfortunately, everything else is unacceptable. It is a very old hotel with many problems, mainly in the plumbing and electrical systems.

Cozy, great location The rooms aren't new but they're very clean. The hostess is wonderful and friendly.
