Very nice hotel, recently renovated, with large rooms overlooking the sea. Very good location for a walk in the city center.
Great location in the heart of Heraklion. Stunning renovated and clean rooms. Spacious room, king bed and the best shower ever. All the Staff from reception to cleaning lady is super kind. You can have a complementary breakfast menu in the terrace outside. Would recommend in Heraklion!
This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've been to. There's a 10min walk to the hotel from the port. The room is very beautiful.!!!! However, The shower didn't drain water. Water was about to overflow within 3 minutes or so...and we talked about that twice. The ladies working at the front desk knew about it and that was it. Also the phone that was in the room didn't work at all. And the phone number listed in Google was wrong. The right one wasn't picked up. Clearly, the hotel doesn't care about that part of service. Some switches didn't work like the one that opens curtains. One big lamp worked and another didn't. The breakfast area is beautiful. And if you buy one, it's continental with eggs, cheese, yogurt, etc see the picture. But if you need directions, the ladies at the front desk would be nice to guide you.
