Wonderful experience! Staff was extremely helpful. The location makes it easily walkable to everything — main shopping/restaurant district is right out the door, Port is 300 M. Included breakfast is probably the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied overall. The room was extremely clean, tidy, and well maintained. Everything in the hotel looked new and well designed. All staff members were friendly and genuinely tried to be helpful. Since our flight was very early in the morning, they assisted us with arranging a taxi and breakfast. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. It is definitely recommended for a delicious start to the day. We paid around 16 Euros for a taxi from the hotel to the airport.

The facility and the staff exceeded our expectations at every turn. Not to mention the breakfast which was too tempting to resist even for those of us that normally shun breakfast time.

Amazing place in the heart of Heraklion city.

I stayed here a few days ago and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay. Since it was my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small mousse cake to celebrate with my family, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the occasion even more special. The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread each morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location is another major highlight; it’s very close to Lion Square and within walking distance of the Heraklion Archaeological Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants, departmental stores, supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, this stay made our trip to Crete truly memorable, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
