EXCELLENT HOTEL for STOP & GO TRAVELERS in HERAKLION 👍 If you need a hotel for a couple of nights in Heraklion, this is perfect. Excellent LOCATION from a logistical point of view: 1) two steps from the TAXI Station which is in front of the fortress, taxi prices are displayed and fixed, for the AIRPORT €15 (summer 2025); 2) two steps from the PORT if you need to take or arrive by ferry; 3) two steps from the BUS STATION terminal 3A where buses depart for Hersonissos, Malia, Agios Nikolaos, Ierapetra, Sitia, Rethimno, Chania, Matala, Agia Galini; 4) On foot you can reach the ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM in 5 minutes or you can take the various WALKING TOURS (at the reception you will find a good map if you don't already have your own itinerary). Very close to the hotel there are excellent RENTAL CAR where you can rent a car for your holiday. The rooms aren't huge, but they're more than functional for short stays. They're well-equipped, well-air-conditioned, and have comfortable mattresses. The street is busy but not very busy; ask for rooms on the higher floors and you won't hear any noise. We also had a large terrace with a patio; there's no view, but you can enjoy a drink outside before bed. The breakfast is more than plentiful, with everything from sweet and savory to continental fare. AMENITIES: Good Wi-Fi everywhere, and a plus is the large LUGGAGE STORE available to guests, where you can leave your bags after checkout if you want to explore the city further, and where you can change before heading to the airport (the bathrooms near reception are also perfect, fully equipped for this purpose). Overall, it's not a place to spend a vacation, but as a transit hotel, it's excellent, and the quality/price ratio is excellent (booking made through the portal).

The room was quite spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was very basic; I would have liked more pastries and fruit. The staff was polite. The location is very good, although being so central, it's a bit noisier than I'd prefer.

Very good hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The breakfast was rich and with fresh products. The location is ideal for relaxation but also close to everything.

I stayed with 3 and 5 year old kids. Location to the city center and for us important the harbor (cruise) was important. Both worked out great. I truly recommend the hotel because of the supermarket right across the street and there is a even greater ice cream place in the area that has open until midnight. Important for parent once the kids are sleeping. Also, the street is quite noisy, but the windows are well sound isolating. So don't worry.

Good choice for a hotel Very close to the city's centre.

I called to book a room and they told me to call tomorrow to book it, when I asked if there would be availability tomorrow the answer was I don't know. If you answer like that during this period, think about what happens in high season.

Cleanliness and education above all else

The hotel was perfectly adequate, the staff friendly, and the lobby clean. The elevator worked well, although it was a bit small. The rooms were fine, with a housekeeper who came to make the beds and clean. The bathroom and balcony were quite large. Breakfast offered a good selection of both savory and sweet options. Good hotel, I recommend it.

Everything is perfect
