Everything was actually perfect. Managers around the bar were a bit rude(Lewis). We spilt a coffee and it was like we did the worst thing in the world. But the bartenders and staff were lovely apart from that.
The rooms are very spacious, well clean and maintained. All the staff was very friendly. And the rooftop pool has amazing views.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from start to finish: Building and Rooms: The hotel is beautiful, modern, and meticulously maintained. The room and the entire facility were spotless, something we greatly appreciated. Pool: Simply magnificent! An ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay. Location: Excellent and strategic, very convenient for getting around and visiting the area. In summary: everything was beautiful, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was truly pleasant. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!
Lovely new IHG hotel in St Julians/Paceville in Malta. It was my first stay there and it was great! Lovely staff, super comfortable bed, and well-equipped, stylish room, plus really good restaurant. I was welcomed very warmly welcomed upon arrival by cab - the security guy helped me with my bags and took me to the reception (on the 4th floor, so you need to catch a lift from the street level entrance where the cab would drop you off), where I was welcomed by the front office manager and Andrea at the reception. All the reception staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The room is stylishly decorated, spacious and functional, as well as environmentally conscious - plus a restaurant (semi-open air - I think the roof closes in bad weather) with an excellent menu and attentive, warm staff members. I also liked having international power outlets in many locations in the room, so I didn't need to use any adapters. I think it's one of the nicest hotels in Malta. Despite the location (Paceville is busy and noisy), I had no problems with the noise at all because the balcony glass/doors are really well-insulated, and guests all seemed very civilised. The juice station at the breakfast is really good too, with plenty of breakfast options (English breakfast, dishes cooked to order etc.). I was very happy with my stay and will be staying at Voco again next time I'm in Malta.

Spacious and stylish rooms, hotel feels very new. The rooftop pool is nice, staff is very friendly. The breakfast offering was very good, although the food felt slightly bland! All in all, a great stay!
This is my second stay at this hotel, and I think it won't be the last. Thanks to the entire VOCO staff, especially Viacheslav, ELSA, and the new receptionist from Serbia (I forgot his name). They were very helpful and professional. Thank you.
