Nice lovely hotel, I went to the pool for a day by the pool, the service and the food is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel and the pool.

I absolutely love staying at Voco Malta. Every visit feels like coming back to a place where I can truly relax and enjoy myself. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the level of service is consistently outstanding. I would especially like to thank Diana from the reception team. She is one of the main reasons my experience has been so enjoyable. Diana is incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. From the moment you arrive, she makes you feel valued and taken care of. She is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, making every interaction a pleasure. Exceptional staff members like Diana make a great hotel even better. Thank you, Diana, for your kindness and dedication, and thank you to the entire Voco Malta team for creating such a fantastic experience. I always leave with great memories and look forward to coming back again and again.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and comfortable. The service and staff were truly impeccable. We are a family of four, two adults and two children, and their stay was truly wonderful too... an experience worth repeating.

Booked here for a week, good in parts and really not great in others. Check in was a real disappointment to be honest. Despite the website saying the pool was open the reception staff were telling customers that they had interpreted this incorrectly (as it was closed and nobody had been told prior to their arrival). Blatant lies from reception which wasn’t expected. As an Ihg member rooms were available to get a complimentary upgrade but they really didn’t want to do this - nothing it’s not something they usually do and with rooms available that they were ‘reserving’. After conversations I was upgraded but made to feel guilty about this. Rooms were great, clean and tidy to be expected from a new hotel. Pool deck did eventually open and was brilliant - lots of space, attentive staff. Food offerings were good as was breakfast — staff were really friendly though a little disorganised on occasions. Parking not included and no discounts despite parking is the same management company. Malta - you will love or loathe- this area was more drunk youngsters and football groups out for a long night. Overall really nice though very dodgy arrangements for Ihg members expecting your perks.

I stayed at the voco hotel for the first time. The interior is stylish and elegant. It's the perfect base for sightseeing in Malta.

Everything perfect but food in lumi was tasteless not enjoyed it at all
