Helpful and welcoming staff. Clean and cozy premises. The staff made us feel very welcome and at ease despite the language barrier. A fantastic experience.

Beautiful hotel - no issues whatsoever! Room was lovely, clean, big and well maintained. Khyam was very attentive and helped us with our bags and any assistance we needed during our stay. Really good experience overall. Highly recommend this hotel. The pool bar and restaurant was 10/10! Best Tacos I’ve ever tasted. Breakfast was good - no complaints and enough variety. Spa was also beautiful, had a really nice full body Massage. Only recommendation would be more parties onsite at the hotel as they were good and different vibe than on Paceville strip. Don’t book anywhere else in Malta to stay😍

Dear Hotel H Management, I would like to share feedback regarding a disappointing experience I had at the hotel spa during my annual vacation. I had booked a massage session; however, the experience became unpleasant from the very beginning due to the attitude and demeanor of the spa employee. He appeared to be in a bad mood and came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming, which immediately made me feel uncomfortable. His demeanor created a negative atmosphere that affected my comfort and caused me to feel stressed before the session had even started. As a result, I decided to cancel the treatment before the massage began. I then spoke with the reception team, and my payment was refunded without any difficulty, which I appreciate. I also asked whether it would be possible to have another therapist instead, but I was informed that no alternative therapists or appointments were available that day. What disappointed me most was that no one seemed interested in understanding the issue or addressing my concerns in a manner that I would expect from a hotel of your reputation. It felt as though refunding the payment was considered sufficient, without any real effort to understand why a guest felt unable to proceed with a booked service. I am sharing this feedback because I expected a higher level of professionalism and guest care. A spa visit should be a relaxing and welcoming experience, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope this matter will be reviewed and that appropriate steps will be taken to improve the experience for future guests. Kind regards,

Khyam is very helpful with my bags and hospitality. The hotel was very clean and took care of us well. Would definitely recommend you to stay when you go to Malta.

The WORST EXPERIRIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. When we arrived lets call it a hotel the balcony door were not working, there were NO WC/Toillete door and the noise is just too much. Furthermore, the recepcionist wanted to charge us 2 nighta while canceling the accomodation while we staywd for 1 night. It ruined our honeymoon absolutly the far WORST “hotel” that ever existed. P.S. The rooms were dirty.

There was noise from the room above all night. Chairs moving and feet stomping. When I made my concerns known to management, they did nothing and only said "Im sorry nothing we can do. " But, if you bring your own food to the pool, you better believe there's something they can do. They turn into angry little trolls. They give you cards at the reception for pool side towels, but they don't actually have towels at the pool. I could go on, but Im on vacation and I dont want one bad experience with horrible management ruin my time here. This nice property deserves competent management.

Perfect with Jibil in El Shadai, the only problem is that Booking.com didn't specify the €150 deposit for the rooms. They also didn't mention that the indoor pool was out of order. Otherwise, nothing to complain about regarding the hotel and the staff.

The room was clean and spacious, located in the heart of a festive area. The hotel offers all types of services, both within the hotel itself and in the surrounding area, including a boutique, bar, pub, restaurant, terrace, burger, sushi, and more. Some of the staff speak French.

The hotel was very nice; we had a suite with a whirlpool. The room was very large and spacious, and the whirlpool was the highlight. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The only downside was the location right on the "party mile"—you can hear the music from the various bars until late at night. However, this didn't bother us, and you know how it is.
