H Hotel & SPA
Many visitors praise the hotel's friendly staff, clean rooms, and spacious balconies. However, a significant number of guests complain about excessive noise, particularly from a DJ on the terrace and the surrounding party area, which disrupts sleep for some. There are also reports of issues with hot tub cleanliness and air conditioning.

Modern, elegant, and well-equipped rooms. The staff is helpful (though they have trouble speaking Italian, but I'm only mentioning this for those who don't speak English). The spa is small but clean and well-maintained. The rooftop is excellent, where they host parties almost every night. The location is very central to the beach, the Paceville nightlife, and all kinds of amenities.
My stay at the H Hotel and Spa in St. Julian's was extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I would expect from a five-star hotel. I paid €247 for one night and the problems started immediately. As soon as we entered the room, the card slot used to activate the electricity was not working properly. I went downstairs to report the issue to reception, expecting assistance and an apology. Instead, the receptionist told me that this was "normal" and a common issue in hospitality. I found this response completely unacceptable. A broken room facility should not be considered normal, especially in a hotel that advertises itself as five-star. I had specifically booked a room with a jacuzzi, but this turned out to be the biggest disappointment. While using it, I felt what seemed to be an electrical current where the water was circulating, which made me uncomfortable and concerned about safety. The jacuzzi buttons were also in poor condition and barely worked. I had to press them very hard to activate features such as the bubbles and lights, and I was worried something would break. I was also surprised that the TV did not even have YouTube. In 2026, this is a basic feature I would expect in a five-star hotel. The only positive thing I can say is that the room decoration looked nice. Apart from that, the experience was a disaster. For €217 per night, I expected luxury, quality, and professionalism, but instead I encountered maintenance issues, disappointing facilities, and an unhelpful response from reception. I would not return and would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Nice hotel and khyam was alot of help with taking our luggage up to the room and good help in general
Khyam very helpful and friendly helped me check in and out smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed for 6 nights and it was the best service we could have had! The employees at reception and the guys at the pool bar were so helpful and always so kind, everyone was very friendly (shout out to Joston and Khyaam!). We were so sad to leave and we already will be looking to come back soon!
