Excellent hotel, clean, new, comfortable

A very nice, modern, and cozy studio apartment at a more than reasonable price. Spacious, with absolutely everything you need. Excellent kitchen with good new high-quality appliances: electric kettle, four-burner induction cooktop, spacious refrigerator with separate freezer (very useful, you can buy ice cream 😉), dishwasher (the capsules were refilled and you could ask the staff for one), microwave. Dishes, cutlery, glasses, and glasses were provided. We asked for a toaster at reception. The room has air conditioning, which we used successfully for heating (we were there in winter and it was cool outside). Comfortable bed. Good TV, good internet. The pillows are a bit odd, but you could probably ask for different ones at reception. Nice bathroom with a shower. Everything is new and clean. Daily cleaning. There are two rooms on the floor, with a cabinet between them containing a washer and dryer – very convenient! Wash, dry, and wear 😀 Laundry detergent was also provided. Our room had a small balcony 🙂 It was nice to watch the street life. By the way, life is in full swing almost 24/7. There are a couple of construction sites around. But you won't find a quiet place in Malta without construction. Be sure to take earplugs. Over three weeks, the power went out only once for a couple of hours. We were just out for a walk and it didn't cause any inconvenience. The apartment is perfectly located. The bus stop is just a few steps away, so you can go anywhere. Transportation, however, is a bit iffy and not cheap. It's better to use Uber; it's excellent. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and 24-hour shops. The promenade is nearby, which is pleasant to stroll along. The apartment owners are very pleasant and always available on WhatsApp. They allowed us to check out late and leave our luggage 🙌 We'd love to come back again!

A comfortable and well-laid-out studio apartment for a relaxing evening with a freshly prepared meal. A bus stop just around the corner provides easy access to all areas. Restaurants and convenience stores are nearby.

Clean and cozy, with a kitchenette equipped with dishes, a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and induction cooktop. Daily cleaning and towel change. Rooms with even numbers at the end have blind balconies, while rooms with odd numbers have balconies facing the street. Highly recommended. A bus stop is right next to the hotel.

We came across it by accident and fell in love by accident. We recommend it.

Room was clean, spacious and had a balcony but we had a problem with electricity. Every day we had few hours without it and that means no light, AC, elevator... It's pretty noisy because of construction works nearby, 24/7. The owner was very polite and on our service even after 15h.

Absolutely amazing. We visit in a middle of December which is fullu off season but around 40e per night for this quality is superb cheeep. You can easily be 10+ days here couse its have everything for a notmal living.
