The receptionist and bartender was very kind, polite, and empathetic. Congratulations to employees like him; I hope they are valued and their rights are respected.
It's 3:15 PM and they still haven't opened
The young man in charge treated me incredibly disrespectfully; I will never go back to that sauna.
The worst sauna ever, from finding the entrance to the dirt and the bad smell. I'll go back if they ever renovate it, which I doubt.
EN - 04/05/2026 My experience at this sauna has been quite disappointing. From the very beginning, the showers did not have hot water, which is a basic expectation for a place like this. Additionally, the condition of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired: there were visible leaks and signs of mold, giving an overall impression of poor maintenance and hygiene. The toilet seats were also not in acceptable condition, reinforcing that negative impression. On top of that, essential items such as soap are often missing, as the dispensers are usually empty. The same goes for paper dispensers, which are frequently empty or simply broken. Overall, cleanliness and proper upkeep are clearly lacking. To make matters worse, it is quite unpleasant to be in the facility and suddenly hear the doorman and staff member shouting nonsense through the hallways, along with displaying an intrusive attitude, as if trying to know everything about the customers present. This further detracts from the overall experience. All in all, I would not recommend this place. They should pay much more attention to these fundamental aspects, especially considering the entrance fee, which doesn't match the poor condition of the establishment.
