Sauna Stonewall

Almost impossible to find the place. Use Apple map and not Google . On the other hand, better don’t go! We rang the door bell, after some minutes we rang again and only then the door was opened. The first thing the guy at the reception said was: “no need to keep ringing, I heard it on the first time. It is so annoying “. No Hi, Ola or any other greetings. We came on Sunday at 17:00 and he told us that the place is full but we can go in without having a locker. He said that he can keep our cloths and stuff with him.This when some guys went out and left their keys. We decided to leave the place.

Very nice place, I had a really good experience. I was a bit unsure because of some recent reviews, but honestly, it turned out much better than expected. Yes, the sauna is not brand new, but that’s not an issue at all — everything is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. Special thanks to the staff member who is also the manager, receptionist, and bartender at the same time — a very kind, welcoming, and positive person. He makes you feel comfortable right away and creates a great vibe. Also, important to mention: they accept card payments, not only cash, which is very convenient. Overall, everything was great. I really enjoyed my visit. Thank you!

A shameful and appalling sauna. The manager's treatment was disgraceful and horrific; we were humiliated and abused. It was a truly awful experience, especially the manager's disrespectful and humiliating behavior. Absolutely my worst sauna experience ever. Red flag! Don't go here unless you enjoy being mistreated and humiliated in front of all the other customers. Shameful treatment!

The towels smell bad, and the sauna and jacuzzi aren't very hot. There's no soap in the dispensers. There's dampness on the ceilings and walls. It all looks quite neglected... they must have changed owners; it wasn't like this before. What a shame ☹️

I think they keep it clean and the guy who serves her is nice. It's fine for its size.

Worst sauna I’ve ever been! 🤮 Very dirty installations, full of fluids and smelly… Mostly empty or very old people and the guy on reception acting super rude. Definitely not coming back.

It's a shame it's closed Monday and Tuesday; many people work weekends and can't come.

We went for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was great. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the warm welcome and the great time 😉

Excellent service and the massage was wonderful, thanks to the professional hands of the masseur.

I think it's a nice place to de-stress, but I believe it should be open on Mondays and Tuesdays for those of us who rest on those days and don't have the opportunity to enjoy the place and its attractions.

Friendly service, decent facilities, and good drink prices. The massage service was excellent, completely professional and respectful. The massage room was very clean, with ambient lighting and a pleasant scent. Perhaps one negative point is that during a massage, you can hear the waiter talking too much to customers at the bar, which makes it difficult to fully relax. Compared to previous visits, it's much cleaner, especially with the new masseur, if I remember correctly, his name is Kike.

Okay, so to start, the place is spacious, but it's very run-down. The cruising area at the very back is very dark; please put in some lighting, even just a little light, enough to at least see people's silhouettes. The cabins are acceptable, the sauna is acceptable, the jacuzzi is so-so. The place doesn't smell great, but it's not awful either. One positive thing I noticed is that the drinks are quite cheap, and a negative thing is that the waiter mingles a lot with the customers and is often inconsiderate. He might be trying so hard to be friendly that he goes too far and becomes off-putting, but I'm not saying he's a bad guy, just that customers also need their space and shouldn't feel constantly watched. Otherwise, everything is acceptable. Thanks 😊
