Incredible noise all night, noisy hallways. Tiny bathroom, cramped shower. Disastrous parking. Avoid at all costs!

Disappointing hotel. The advertised parking was not suitable for large vehicles (SUVs). The restaurant was closed. The attic room was very poorly laid out. It had a single bed and a double bed, whereas we had requested a double. The bathroom was cramped and had no shower, contrary to what the receptionist told us; there are rooms with showers on the same floor. Cleanliness was questionable: tissues and candy were left in the cupboard. Breakfast was served in the bar, not in the designated dining area. These inconveniences were partly due to the fact that we had a small, well-behaved dog for which we paid €15. The food was cold (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, etc.), the bread was stale, and the internet didn't work in the room. AVOID THIS HOTEL.

Visit from May 22nd to 25th, 2026. Noise is the major problem: slamming doors, conversations in the hallways at all hours, with no intervention from staff. Rooms ending in "01" are right next to the elevator, so avoid them at all costs. The hotel parking lot exit is very poorly designed; we hit the curb with our car's oil pan when leaving. The bathroom doesn't match the photos in the listing at all! It's much smaller, with a narrow shower unsuitable for larger people, and no space to put toiletries. The window overlooks an enclosed courtyard, making it impossible to ventilate. Upon arrival, a cushion was visibly stained. Avoid this hotel if you are sensitive to noise or expect a bathroom that matches the photos. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable. There's a mini-fridge with snacks available for purchase. The hotel parking is available at a reasonable price compared to the city center, but spaces are limited.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I can't let this go because I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same experience. We booked an apartment for four people, including our pet. Upon arrival, we were given a "decent" room, but it was on the fifth floor, and the elevator only goes up to the fourth. This wasn't mentioned at any point in the hotel or room description. We were traveling with someone over 65, so climbing stairs wasn't exactly comfortable, but we decided to stay anyway. When we entered the room, it felt like an oven. The air conditioning, which they advertised, didn't work. The only solution they offered was to "open the windows," but with four adults inside, the heat was unbearable. Furthermore: - The TV couldn't connect to the internet. - The Wi-Fi didn't work either. - The bathroom light didn't work, so we had to use a lamp. Honestly, you travel to relax, not to suffer in unsanitary conditions. I went down to reception looking for a solution and they told me they could change our room… but we'd have to pay the difference. After all the problems, the least they could have done was offer a solution at no extra cost. Not recommended at all. Ask all the details before booking, especially if you're traveling with elderly people or a dog.

We stayed a couple of nights and the service and rooms were excellent. The location is perfect, everything is very close by. We only missed trying the restaurant one day as it was under renovation, but it looked very promising. If we return to Andorra, we know where to stay. Excellent value for money.

A good option for accommodation in Andorra. Excellent location in the city center, the restaurant food was very good and we enjoyed it very much, and Mr. Ricardo provided excellent service. Overall, it's reasonably priced. It was a very pleasant stay for one night.

The perfect location, the parking arranged with the Pyrenees shopping center, the comfortable facilities and above all the excellent service from all the staff
